Because you are trusting us with your sensitive information and digital assets, we operate under a strict policy of data minimization and security.
For our Digital Privacy Shield service, we collect only the PII strictly necessary to locate your profiles on Data Broker websites. This includes your name, current/past addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, aliases, and names of close relatives. For Web Development and AI Automation clients, we collect standard business contact information, brand assets, and service descriptions necessary to build your digital infrastructure.
LeadScript AI will never sell, rent, or lease your personal or business information to any third party. Your data is used exclusively to facilitate the services described in our Terms of Service. We share your data only with our secure, vetted compliance software partners strictly for the purpose of executing automated deletion requests or hosting your web assets.
We do not store your PII in unencrypted spreadsheets or unsecure email servers. Client data is ingested through encrypted forms and passed directly to our enterprise-grade fulfillment partners and hosting providers.
If you choose to cancel your Digital Privacy Shield subscription, LeadScript AI will securely purge your Personally Identifiable Information from our active databases and intake systems within 30 days of your subscription end date, retaining only the basic transaction records required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
When providing Web Development and Custom AI Automation services, LeadScript AI may process business data and third-party customer data on behalf of our clients.
Role as Data Processor: For custom automation workflows (such as AI voice agents or automated booking systems), LeadScript AI acts solely as a data processor. The client remains the data controller and is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to collect and process their customers' information.
Third-Party Sub-Processors: We utilize secure, industry-standard third-party services to deliver our technology solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and cloud hosting environments. We do not use client-provided proprietary data to train public AI models. Data transmitted through these integrations is subject to the strict confidentiality policies of those respective third-party infrastructure providers.
